A special attention should be paid to those papers demonstrating practical relevance to real systems, although papers describing innovative architectures, algorithms or software tools for use in engineering systems. The journal publishes basic and applied papers describing mature work involving above topics, survey articles, editorials, methodological and book reviews. Submission of papers: Authors are requested to submit their original manuscript in PDF format to one of the section editors. After peer review and final acceptance, the paper will be assigned to page numbers and an issue of the bulletin. When the final article is assigned to an issue of the bulletin, the Article in Press version will be removed from this section and will appear in the associated published issue. Accepted papers - these are articles containing the authors' corrections and have specific issue and page numbers assigned topArchive (content and abstracts):The journal is Open Access (BOAI definition).

During the editorial process the submitted manuscripts are also examined using a plagiarism detection software (Plagiarism Detector). Any paper proved as plagiarism (by either peer reviewers or staff editors, before or after acceptance, during editing, or at any time before publication) will be rejected and its authors will be informed and banned from publishing in the Bulletin of the Polytechnic Institute of Iasi. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the editors will notify readers of the infraction through an editor's note in the journal, and the author's employer may be notified of the breach.
