Information for Authors

Submitted papers underwent a peer review process, coordinated by the International Program Committee. The corresponding author of each paper is to be notified of the result by e-mail. All materials must be written in English.

Full papers should be submitted by web upload only: Easy Chair.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, provided that at least one author listed on the paper has registered for the conference and that the final paper is submitted in due time. Moreover, at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper. If this condition is not met, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings and it will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Database.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the camera ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers.

The participants must prepare the full version of their paper, following IEEE Conference Submission Standards. For details and MS Word and LaTex templates and support, please visit: http://css.paperplaza.net/conferences/support/support.php.

Maximum six pages A4 in double column format are allowed. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight pages total. However, each page in excess of six will incur a charge of 50 Euros.

Important notice:

The final version of the paper has to be verified on www.pdf-express.org following the instructions available here. The error-free pdf file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress has to be uploaded on Easy Chair. Each submission must also have as attachment the copyright form with the authorized signature; this form is available here in doc or pdf format.

The papers accepted for poster presentation will also be included in IEEE Xplore and volume of the conference. Authors should prepare their posters to fit within the A0 paper format. All posters will be displayed on panels with a size of 140 cm x 110 cm.
